Order processing
Orders are prepared and shipped from Paris within 24 to 48 hours (business days). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

A pick-up point is a local shop or parcel locker approved by the carrier. You collect your parcel there with ID or the code sent to you by email or text message.
We do not currently deliver outside these countries.

Collection is free. The address and collection time are sent to you by email after your order.
Prices, currencies and customs
Prices include all taxes. All our destinations are in the European Union: no customs duties or import fees apply. In Poland, prices may be shown in złoty (PLN), converted at the rate applicable at the time of the order.
Damaged or lost parcel
Products travel at our risk until they are handed over to you. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at contactmail@kosmetikosagora.com: we will resend or refund your order.
