Refund policy
14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of the products to withdraw, without giving any reason. This right applies to all our products, including those bought on sale, as part of a pack or with a discount code.
Opened or used products
Our products do not have a safety seal: the right of withdrawal therefore applies to all our products, including after opening. You may examine the packaging and the bottle as you would in a shop. However, a cosmetic product that has been opened, applied or used can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons: in that case, the amount refunded is reduced by the loss in value found, which may amount to the full price of the product concerned (Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code). Products returned intact are refunded in full.
How to return a product
- Send us a clear statement (for example the form below) within 14 days of receipt: by email at contactmail@kosmetikosagora.com, via our Contact page or to our postal address.
- We send you a prepaid return label and return instructions: returns are free of charge.
- Send the products back no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision.
Refunds
We refund the amounts paid, including the original delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method), less any loss in value as provided above, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof that they have been sent. In the event of a loss in value, we tell you the amount and the reason, with photos. The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless you agree otherwise.
Damaged parcel, defective product or wrong order
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, or if a product is defective or does not match your order, write to us with photos as soon as possible. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, set out in Article 8 of our General Terms of Sale and Use. The product is then repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, return it following the procedure above, then place a new order.
