2. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of cosmetic and skincare products offered by Kosmētikos Agora on the website kosmetikosagora.com.
3. PRODUCTS
Our cosmetic products are described with the highest possible accuracy. Photographs are non-contractual. All our products comply with European cosmetics regulations (Regulation EC No. 1223/2009).
4. PRICES
Prices are indicated in Euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. ORDERS
The validation of your order implies acceptance of these T&Cs and constitutes proof of the sales contract. A confirmation email summarizing your order will be sent to you.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of ordering and can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other method available on the website. All transactions are secure.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery times are indicated at the time of ordering. Delivery will be made to the address specified during the checkout process. In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days, you may cancel your order by contacting us directly at: contactmail@kosmetikosagora.com.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.
To exercise this right, please contact us at contactmail@kosmetikosagora.com. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
9. LEGAL WARRANTIES
You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years, as well as the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
10. LIABILITY
Our cosmetic products are intended for normal external use. We cannot be held liable for non-compliant use or any allergic reactions. Please consult the INCI ingredient list before use.
11. PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.
12. MEDIATION

13. GOVERNING LAW
These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
