Orders & Payment

  1. How to place an order on Kosmetikos Agora? To place an order, simply select the desired products, add them to your cart, and then follow the instructions for secure payment.
  2. How can I check if my order has been validated? Once payment is processed, your order will be registered. If you haven't received any information from us within one week, please contact us via our social media channels or our contact form.
  3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept bank cards, PayPal, Apple Pay.
  4. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? Yes, this is possible in exceptional circumstances and only if done within two hours of placing the order. Please contact us promptly via our contact form so we can process the change.

Delivery

  1. What are the delivery times? In mainland France , delivery times vary from 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation. For deliveries within the European Union , please allow 5 to 10 business days after confirmation. Shipments outside the European Union may be possible under specific circumstances, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 15 business days after order confirmation. If your situation requires international delivery, please contact us using our contact form.
  2. Do you offer international shipping? We offer delivery to all countries within the European Union and can also consider international shipments under certain conditions. Please note that shipping costs and customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
  3. How can I track my order? A tracking link will be sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Can I return a product? Yes, you have the option to return a product within seven days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is in its original packaging.
  2. How do I request a refund? Please contact us and provide your order number. If accepted, the refund will be processed within fourteen days of receiving the returned item.

Beauty Products & Tips

  1. Are your products natural or organic? A significant portion of our catalog consists of natural products. You can view the percentage of naturally derived ingredients in each of our formulations. While we favor natural solutions, we don't limit ourselves exclusively to natural or organic ingredients. Our priority remains efficacy and safety; sometimes the best solutions come from synthetic chemistry. Detailed information is available on each product page.
  2. Are your products tested on animals? No. Our products are formulated and manufactured in France, and it has been illegal to test cosmetic products on animals in the European Union since 2013.
  3. How do I choose the right skincare for my skin? We invite you to check out our Instagram account for tips on choosing cosmetic products suited to your skin type. For any specific questions, please feel free to contact us using our contact form.
  4. Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin? Yes, but not all of them. Each product is formulated and designed for a specific skin type. This is indicated in our "Formula" section as well as in our "Testing" section whether the product has been evaluated on sensitive skin or not. In any case, if you have atopic-prone skin, we advise you to check the ingredients or seek expert advice.

Offers & Programs

  1. Do you offer discounts or promotional codes? Generally, we don't offer such discounts, as our prices are carefully calculated to reflect the transparency of our costs. Except on special occasions, we don't offer discounts or promotional codes.
  2. Is there a loyalty program? Currently, we do not have a loyalty program in place, but we plan to develop one in the future.
  3. Can I give a Kosmetikos Agora gift card? We don't offer gift cards as a standard option; however, we encourage you to contact us via our form; we will be able to create a card tailored to your specific needs.
